"When W+K 12 isn’t working on ad campaigns, they need to keep themselves busy. They do this by working on projects together."

"When Alex started this program, the group wanted to let people know a new 12 class was in the building. So, they went to Ikea and bought mats. They burned “We’re here” onto the mats with crème brulee torches and installed them at the front door of the agency. Then, they took more mats, burned “And here" on them, and put them at the back door."

"One of the first projects of W+K 12 was “When You Were 12.” The students asked the employees of Wieden+Kennedy to tell them a story about when they were 12 years old. These stories were turned into 350 posters, half of which Alex illustrated."
